Project & Out-of-Gauge Cargo Logistics
Project cargo is won on engineering and resource coordination. From route survey to permits, we take the whole chain.
Where this industry usually gets hurt
Serving manufacturers across Xuzhou, these are the problems we see most often.
Engineering capability varies
Oversize transport needs real design work that a general forwarder cannot do, and a flawed plan is extremely expensive.
Complex resource coordination
Specialist trailers, cranes, berth windows and road permits all have to line up — many links, easy to break.
Permits take time
Oversize permits involve multiple authorities and long lead times that can push out the shipment date.
Concentrated risk
High unit value and severe loss potential demand a genuinely professional carrier and full insurance cover.
How we solve it
From planning to execution — each item answers one of the problems above.
Engineered to the equipment
Transport plan built from the equipment parameters: container type, lashing drawings, route survey and load calculation.
Resources under one plan
Specialist vehicles, lifting gear and berth windows scheduled together so each link connects.
Permits handled
We arrange oversize transport permits and cross-province passes, familiar with each authority's process to compress lead time.
Full insurance cover
High-value project cargo insured under a dedicated policy covering the whole transit.
Supervised loading
Specialists attend loading at critical stages, with photo and video records kept on file.
Transport modes that fit
Packing & loading notes
Lashing designed around the centre of gravity; welded stoppers, wire rope tensioning and timber chocks in combination; precision parts packed separately; reflective marking on overhangs.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an oversize permit take?
Typically 5–10 working days within a province. Cross-province moves need approval from each province along the route, generally 15–20 working days. Plan ahead.
What counts as oversize on road?
In China, a permit is required when gross vehicle and cargo weight exceeds 49 tonnes, or when a dimension is exceeded — commonly length over 18m, width over 2.5m or height over 4m.
Can heavy equipment move by inland waterway?
Yes. Inland ports such as Pizhou and Suqian handle oversize units, and road-to-barge plus ocean routing suits over-width or over-height cargo while avoiding some road weight restrictions.
Who produces the lashing plan?
We produce it from the equipment parameters, showing securing points, wire rope specification and quantity. It is executed on site under supervision and photographed for the record.
