Machine Tool & Precision Equipment Logistics
Machine tools are precision assets — vibration and humidity can ruin them in transit. We pack and load to the machine's characteristics so it runs on arrival.
Where this industry usually gets hurt
Serving manufacturers across Xuzhou, these are the problems we see most often.
Precision parts hate vibration
Spindles, guideways and ball screws lose accuracy under sustained vibration at sea, requiring recalibration or rework at the destination.
Corrosion from salt air
Salt-laden air and humidity swings rust machined surfaces. A rusted guideway is effectively a scrapped machine.
High centre of gravity
Machine tools are tall and irregular. Poor securing lets them shift — or tip — when the vessel rolls.
Oversize plus precision
A large gantry machining centre is both out-of-gauge and precision. You need a heavy-lift plan and anti-vibration treatment at the same time.
How we solve it
From planning to execution — each item answers one of the problems above.
Vacuum moisture-proof packing
Whole-machine vacuum foil bag with desiccant, anti-rust oil on guideways, sealed against salt air and humidity.
Shock-absorbing securing
Anti-vibration pads underneath, wire rope tensioning and welded stoppers — a loading plan drawn around the actual centre of gravity.
Ship precision parts separately
Spindles and CNC control units can be removed and shipped separately by air or road, de-risking the main unit.
OOG heavy-lift line
Gantry-scale machines move on flat rack with specialist low-bed trailers and a dedicated lashing crew.
Through to installation
We coordinate the destination agent and installation team so the machine goes straight to the plant with unpacking support after clearance.

Packing & loading notes
Seal the whole machine in a vacuum foil bag with desiccant; coat guideways and ball screws with anti-rust oil; secure on anti-vibration pads; use manufactured wood or IPPC-marked crates; label precision components as shock-sensitive.

Frequently asked questions
Is vacuum packing really necessary?
Strongly recommended. Machine tools shipped without moisture protection commonly arrive with rusted guideways, and repair costs far exceed packing costs. Vacuum packing plus desiccant is the standard configuration.
Can a precision machine go by air?
Yes. Small precision machines or critical components travel better by air — faster and less vibration, at roughly 5–8 times sea freight cost. Worth it for high-value units or urgent orders.
How do I book an out-of-gauge machine tool?
Enter the three dimensions and weight; the system matches flat rack or open top and produces a lashing plan, and we apply to the carrier for OOG space in parallel.
What if accuracy is off on arrival?
Take out precision equipment cover that includes transit-induced loss of accuracy. We record and archive the machine's condition before shipment to support any liability assessment.
